Not happy with your purchase?

Still not happy with your purchase? Then you can return it within fourteen days. Please be in original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). So feel free to view the product as you would in the store. The shipping costs are for your account.

The following are excluded from return:

Products that have been made according to your specifications or have been unambiguously adapted to your personal requirements.

Products ordered by you specially.

All goods whose (plastic) packaging / seals have been broken.

Earpieces and microphones cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

If you have a set that is going to be returned, do not send earphones and microphones, they will NOT be credited

Procedure:

Please contact us by phone or whatsapp (0031 (0) 6 5388 5390) or email: orders@axhippo.nl and indicate that you want to return your order. Then we are informed and we may be able to make you another suitable offer. Or you can immediately return the products together with the return form.

You can download and print the return form here. Fill this in and put it with your return shipment and send it back to AXsolutions, Oranjestraat 1 H, 4571 HN Axel the Netherlands

Credit / Refund:

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will assess the products and, upon approval, proceed to refund the amount paid by you within 14 days. We will contact you in case of problems or questions.

Product broken / damaged?

Did the product arrive broken or damaged? Too bad for you. But contact us within three working days by phone / whatsapp (0031 6 5388 5390) and we will discuss how we will solve it for you. You can also report it by email rma@axhippo.nl. State your order number, the product or products in question and what exactly is wrong with the product. We will contact you as soon as possible how we will solve it for you.

Exchange product?
